- Well, here it is and I've been looking for a while!
I don't have time to take a whole course in Chinese though I certainly wish I did! But now that I have this little book I think I'm good for a while. I go to China frequently on business and I like that this book covers just about any topic I am likely to encounter. Money, transportation, even cultural basics to protect me from painful embarrassment. Parts of a car...luggage...shopping...health...emergencies...and a great vocab list at the back. Everything is written in both abc's and characters with a good pronunciation guide too. It's 208 pages and in a small-book format so it goes right into my purse. Nice! - hen hou, xiexie
